Health Admin Internship Performance Evaluation: 
Wendy, was exposed to as many different experiences and situations as possible. She regularly joined and participated in nursing administration meetings. She participated in a root cause analysis, and was given responsibilities in working on the Memorial Health Nursing Strategic Plan. I have never had an intern with Wendy's enthusiasm and potential. She completed all work assigned to her in the time frame given and with only minimal direction. She became a member of our nursing leadership team during her time with me. Her strengths are collaboration, data collection, synthesis and analysis. Excellent relationship building!
